ONLINE ORDERING & PAYMENTS POLICY

Hako Australia (Hako) accepts payments by Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard). We are not liable for surcharges applied by third-party financial institutions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped Australia-wide via courier services. Deliveries are strictly between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Freight charges will apply unless specifically stated otherwise. No contact delivery for all orders is required to be obtained as Proof of Delivery from the receiver of the consignment.

Order processing time frame is 1 - 2 working days for in stock items. Shipping time frames are dependent on delivery location, and the courier.  We estimate delivery would be 3-10 days depending on destination.

IMPORTANT: If you receive damaged goods upon arrival, you must reject delivery on the spot. DO NOT sign for or accept the delivery.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP ORDERS

For any order that is for customer pick-up, the customer is required to wait for a confirmation phone call or email to notify when the goods are ready to be picked up. Please do not attend our warehouse to save us having to refuse service.

Pricing advertised on our website is in Australian Dollars. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Products advertised on our website could be out of stock, on back order, or end of life. We do our best to keep all inventory up to date.
